Senioritis...Well kinda.

Well well well...turns out that I'm getting sick of school already... and getting up at 8 and home at 7 every day...I'm a senior in college, but I have 4 years to go yet, so I guess I better get used to it. Suck it up right? I guess I chose my own major, but this is more like a life decision I guess. Wow...my roommate and I are watching Cats 101... I think this is a sign I should probably get a boyfriend. Hahaha. No time for that! Seriously, no time.I was kinda depressed today, because of some bad test scores. Like cry in the classroom depressed. But I didn't, I figure you can't just do that everytime shit goes horribly wrong. 5 hours of lab later... I felt better for some odd reason...haha maybe I realized that i had more homework to do. Kittens are so cute...haha Cats 101 is addicting... No homework tonight has got me watching a stupid show... hehe. Going out tommorow for friend Meghan's birthday. Dinner and drinking out on the bars. Should be good for some entertainment!! Looking to have a fishbowl because I've never had one before, and some alky will prolly help the stress a bit. I'm off to find out! :)

Eurotrip memories/movie

Watching Eurotrip right now, one of the greatest movies ever made I have to admit! In W-town right now, enjoying time away from the parents and just chilling. Watched Pelisky today, a czech movie. If anyone can tell me what Pelisky means I would be very impressed lol. Not that I miss different languages being spoken around me every day, but sometimes I really do wish I was back in Europe. The food here sucks. Maybe because I have to buy my own and food isn't a priority for me, but over in Europe there was always plenty of it and good quality to boot. Oh well. I suppose I should probably start paying more attention to what I am going to do to get in to Vet school, which mostly involves improving my gpa. But guess what, school doesn't start for another month, which presents some problems, mostly boredom. I miss 1 Euro beer also, still thinking about Europe. One thing I wish I could have done in Bratislava would be the Depeche mode concert on the last day I was there. The places I went so I won't forget: New York, Frankfurt, Bratislava, Vienna, Prague, then Bratislava again, Eastern Bratislava/Poland, Budapest, Rome, Southern Italy, Rome, Budapest, Bratislava, Frankfurt, Iceland, and HOME! I was really excited to come home after two months overseas I will admit to that. It is the part of Eurotrip where the "pot brownies" are happening. "The girls never came!" hahah That would be a regret I have from Europe, not trying legal hash brownies or weed. It is very well accepted there as is alcohol. There is so much less to worry about there than there is here! Well, I guess having a country that is struggling politically could be a little stressful, Slovakia having the same government we had about 250 years ago; a struggling democracy and lack of funds. Even though it was switching to the Euro, things were still pretty cheap concerning the exchange rate. But no one really cares to hear about these things when you get home. Well I am going to go back to watching the movie but thought I would get my thoughts out. I love the way Bratislava is portrayed in this movie, with the soviet housing. It is in part true! Which is kinda funny.

So its summer out. What we've been wishing for all winter, spring and fall. Why does summer never live up to our expectations? I haven't had a good summer for three years now and I fail to understand why! I don't really have a job this summer though so I can see the boredom creeping in. I almost miss the stress of school and exams. At least it was something to do and obsess about. I don't think anyone is even going to read this, but at least its something to do! lol.
Well I just got back from Europe 20 days or so ago, so I have no reason to be complaining, but after traveling for two months America seems a tad bit boring. There are some things I really miss from when I was over there. The cheese was amazing to begin with. America really sucks with the cheese making, with the exception of Wisconsin maybe. And wine is much better in Europe also. I love the openess that alcohol is accepted with over there, its a part of life and not looked down upon as much as Americans love to do. Also, people aren't distinctly friendly over there, but once you make friends they are good ones. Traveling was a lot of fun, but I was ready to go home. So I thought. Now i just want to go somewhere else I haven't been, like South America. Even though it sounds a bit hostile at the moment. Or England. I'm addicted.
I guess I should probably say why I called the blog "A Tale of Two cities' . I live in two towns : my hometown, and my college town. They are close together, about an hour apart so I like the title. It is kinda generic though, so I might change it later. I think it describes my situation pretty well.
I'm a really random person.
Could go for some afternoon chablis but the parents wouldn't look too fondly upon this. At the moment I'm in the Home Town, or HT. I lead different lives in these two different places, For example; I can't have afternoon wine really in my Hometown house because it's just not done. Even though I am of age. I hate how my parents are so against alcohol. Oh well.
Going to a movie tonight: Transformers 2 or The Proposal.
Hopefully Transformers because The proposal looks kinda boring.
Also, don't laugh, but I'm going to the premiere of Harry Potter 6 or 7th not really sure, 2mara at Midnight.
I would laugh at me.
